our vision

To be recognized as a leading rural provider of integrated emergency services to the community in which we serve.

To provide this level of emergency services the West Glenville Fire Company must capitalize on its greatest assets: THE MEMBERS. Excellence can only be achieved through the combined efforts of individual members with a desire for continuous improvement through training and education. We will improve by building upon the memberships' current skills, developing additional needed skills, and increasing the current base of knowledge of all members.

To achieve Vision, members will be committed to improving their knowledge of emergency services, refining their current skills, and developing the needed skills to excel in at least one aspect of our operation. In addition to their own self-improvement, the officers will provide the members with opportunities to refine and improve needed skills.
